Printing in Transfer Sales Rep

1. When you first enter into this option, a message appears on the screen.

2. Simultaneously, a Select An Option window appears: select PRINT LIST to print a list of all pending transfers.

3. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will print:

• Old ID – The sales rep ID of the old sales rep to transfer from
• Sales Rep Name – The sales rep name of the old sales rep to transfer from
• New ID – The sales rep ID of the new sales rep to transfer to
• Sales Rep Name – The sales rep name of the new sales rep to transfer to.
